Pres. Duterte’s Accusation of the “Dilawan” and “Pulahan” Joining Forces to Bring Down Administration Not True According to Ocampo
Former Bayan Muna Partylist Satur Ocampo adamantly denied the accusation of President Duterte that the “Dilawan” and “Pulahan” have joint forces to bring down the current administration.
Ocampo pointed out during a forum in Manila, that there was no basis for Duterte’s accusing claim against the “pula” or the group publicly proclaiming themselves as communists, joining forces with the “dilaw.”
According to the former lawmaker, they [pulahan] have no connection whatsoever with the “dilawan” group or party plotting to destabilize the current administration. He also said that they have no plan of being back in government power.
Ocampo also cleared up that the President’s statements of attempted destabilization by them did not match any research or monitoring by the AFP and Intelligence Community and therefore could not be true.
